Ever since the update I have been unable to get past the starting loading screen, rendering me unable to play the game for roughly a week now.

Need premium currency to level up characters past a certain, leveling weapons is extremely difficult, drop rates to get skins are too low, and loading almost always fails, and nothing new for a long time..

App is frozen???? Why???

Cant play the game since it crashes on loading screen

After the latest update the game will not load past the main loading screen.

I cant get past the loading screen. I really enjoyed this game in the past and just want to play it again! Please hurry up and fix this!（ーー；）

There have been major server issues the last two days, whats going on? Usually the game is fantastic but every few months you have these server issues where you cant connect to the game. Please fix it. 5 star when no issues, 1 star when there are server issues.

GREAT game. Super fun. Its like a great version of oven break. I love every aspect of the game, absolutely no suggestions. Amazing job

I have 10 mbit internet and "Connection to server problem" thousands times daily !!! I lost many Weapon upgrades and other bonuses Lol

This a really good game but DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. it takes a long time and dedication (or lots of money) to build up your player. You might enjoy it at first but support will make you regret it all. They never update, never fix bugs, and they will erase your score for no reason. This game has the worst support Ive ever seen. Its almost as if they want you to quit. They dont care. So many players were dedicated to this game and they have all quit in frustration. So if you wanna spend an enormous amount of time playing a game to have the developer f you in the a, have fun.

I came back to this game. I played it a long time ago and I still had my stats. I decided to keep playing and it was fun, but heres the problem. It takes quite a while to rank up your ninja. The next day I played, the game wouldnt open up. Which was disappointing. Im hoping to see this fix soon!

Everyones writing about things taking long, and this and that. You all want things easy and then when that happens, you complain about it game not being challenging enough. Im giving this game 5 as apart from the fact that is a very good game, the support for it is more amazing. I sent support and message about an issue I am having and within an hour they replied. This is worth keeping, sharing and playing again.

This game has been out for sometime, and has said it will have more quest to unlock and more rankings to be promoted to.. Well this game hasnt hand any updates to fix or improve itself, this game just seems to make a quick buck from everyone... And the developers dont seem to make the game better or plan to update it anytime soon... Come on!!

First I want to say I love this game to death( that might be because I love grinding games) but there needs to be more updates to this game. I really want this game to succeed, and I hear a lot about crashing. Im not having that problem but please fix it for the people that really want to play it and love and potentially spend money on it! You Guys are cheating yourself a out of money Net! Get you stuff together!

The game wont even load. It just sits on the first screen. I tried deleting and redownloading and no difference.

I have been playing this game for some time and I found a bug where I watched a video to get a free continue and when I pressed the continue for free button once the jade charge was 0 it still charged me 10 jade or 3 jade and I started off with 177 and now I have 8 jade Please fix this and reimburse me. Thanks

This game is the funniest game Ive played since temple run. All my cousins are hooked on it as well. But I do have two suggestions to make the game even better. 1) Increase the probability of getting a hammer. Say, 1 every two stages is fine. 2) Add another water element character that you could buy with coins. There is only one character and it requires the green things, (forgot what they were called) witch is very hard to collect
